MSME Help is an independent consultancy platform. We are not:
- a bank
- a non-banking financial company (NBFC)
- the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
- a government department, ministry or regulator
- a lender or financial institution
- a chartered accountant, tax adviser or law firm
No guaranteed outcome
Nothing on this Site and no statement made by our team constitutes a guarantee of:
- loan settlement
- One-Time Settlement (OTS) approval
- any specific waiver percentage
- bank or NBFC acceptance of a proposal
- any particular timeline
Every bank evaluates settlement, restructuring and recovery matters independently, based on its Board-approved policy, the RBI framework, the borrower's genuine repayment capacity and the security position. The competent authority of the lender takes the final decision.
