1. Scope
MSME Help offers a free initial consultation. Where a paid consultancy engagement is agreed — for example, drafting an OTS proposal, preparing a SARFAESI reply, or ongoing case handling — this policy governs refunds and cancellation.
2. Eligibility for refund
- A pro-rata refund is considered where work on your file has not yet begun.
- Once documentation, proposal drafting, or lender coordination has commenced, fees for the work already performed are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the payment date.
3. Non-refundable items
- Statutory fees, out-of-pocket expenses, and any amounts paid to third parties on your behalf.
- Fees for consultation sessions already delivered.
- Fees for drafts or proposals already prepared and shared with you.
4. Cancellation
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice. On cancellation, we will reconcile the work done to date and refund any unearned balance in line with sections 2 and 3.
5. No outcome-based refunds
Fees are for professional consultancy time and work-product. Because settlement, restructuring or waiver decisions rest solely with the lender, refunds are not offered on the basis of the lender's decision.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
