The Site is provided for informational and consultancy-support purposes for MSME borrowers in India. You may browse, read, and share links to our public pages. Automated scraping, republishing content on another domain, or framing the Site is not permitted without written consent.
3. Nature of services
MSME Help offers independent consultancy on MSME loan settlement, OTS, restructuring and stressed-asset resolution. We are not a bank, NBFC, RBI, government department or law firm. We do not sanction, approve or guarantee any settlement or restructuring outcome. See our Disclaimer.
4. Service limitations
- Outcomes depend on the lender's Board-approved policy, RBI framework, borrower's genuine repayment capacity and documentation.
- We do not guarantee any specific waiver percentage, timeline, or acceptance by the bank.
- Time-sensitive statutory deadlines (SARFAESI, DRT, IBC) remain the borrower's responsibility.
5. No unlawful use
You agree not to use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose, including fraudulent representations to a lender, evasion of enforcement action, or misuse of borrower or guarantor data. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, editorial guides, layouts, graphics, and the "MSME Help" name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. See our Intellectual Property Notice and Copyright Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites (RBI, banks, DRT portals, news publications). Those sites are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
8. Third-party services
We use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, WhatsApp Business and email. Their terms apply to their portion of any service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and any consultancy content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
